Agrarian reform is one of the mandates of the founding fathers of the nation to ensure that all citizens have fair access to land or land which is one of the most important factors of production. So there is not a single citizen in this country because of economic reasons they do not have access to own land as one of the basic needs. One of the interesting discussions was with the Head of the Semarang Regency National Land Agency Office, Dr. Arya Widya WASISTA, S.T., M.Sc. which gives a lot of perspective on how agrarian reform is implemented in the real world.
