Vision
In 2030 IHUDRC will be a Science Technology Campus (STC) which will become a Center of Excellence in science and technology (Center of Excellence) in the field of development and urban areas in Indonesia which is capable of producing innovation, technology and human resources who are ready to solve real problems and increase the nation’s competitiveness
Missions
- Build an effective networking platform, especially at the international level to encourage the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially the New Urban Agenda (NUA),
- Encouraging a significant increase in human resources through collaborative implementation of activities between stakeholders in order to realize sustainable development goals (SDGs), especially the New Urban Agenda (NUA) in Indonesia,
- Develop a strategic and systematic plan to accelerate multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder research (sharing data, sharing resources, managing knowledge) in order to realize the SDGs, especially the New Urban Agenda (NUA),
- Develop effective and replicable schemes in several districts/cities so that the goals of SDG’s and NUA can be felt by the community,
- Develop reliable institutional units (entities) and conduct business incubation to strengthen implementing agencies in implementing the scheme effectively and sustainably
- Build systems and institutions that intensively develop standardization of schemes that can be used as a reference to measure the success of their implementation in the field and quality assurance to ensure that the schemes implemented are as expected and can run sustainably in the future.
